Kelsey focuses on website design and development, honing her self taught skills over 6 years of building and maintaining websites for restaurants in Chicago. With an eye for design and functionality, Kelsey can take the daunting process of designing websites or beautiful paper collateral and make it look easy.
After beginning her career in fashion with the creation of the online publication, LaundryMagazine, and production of fashion shows with Google Chicago, Kelsey set her sights on digital media. She developed social media and digital marketing efforts for clients before moving to the hospitality industry.
Currently, Kelsey volunteers her time to the Pilot Light Young Professional board. When not designing beautiful things, she loves to travel, and make punches and delicious baked goods.
Mallory focuses on business development and marketing, with 10 years of experience in managing and growing new businesses. When not crunching numbers on her beloved spreadsheets or strategizing growth, Mallory loves to flex her creative muscles by ideating or producing events from intimate to large-scale.
Mallory began her career in fashion after a short stint in B2B sales. Within five years, she opened three separate retail stores in the Chicagoland area, which had been featured in publications such as Lucky Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business, Modern Luxury, and many more.
Mallory currently serves as a board member on Little Heroes League, and balances her time behind her computer and phone with traveling, reading and eating out at her many favorite restaurants in Chicago.
